Some wealthy Manhattan moms have figured out a way to cut the long lines at Disney World \u2014 by hiring disabled people to pose as family members so they and their kids can jump to the front, The Post has learned.<\/p>\n

The \u201cblack-market Disney guides\u201d run $130 an hour, or $1,040 for an eight-hour day.
\n\u201cMy daughter waited one minute to get on \u2018It\u2019s a Small World\u2019 \u2014 the other kids had to wait 2 1\/2 hours,\u201d crowed one mom, who hired a disabled guide through Dream Tours Florida.
\n\u201cYou can\u2019t go to Disney without a tour concierge,\u2019\u2019 she sniffed. \u201cThis is how the 1 percent does Disney.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n
